The most versatile traffic door on the market today, the Poly-Kor™ has been proven in a variety of applications. With its attractive appearance and many decor options, the Poly-Kor™ is well suited for most commercial applications. Fully insulated and gasketed, it is an excellent door for temperature control in restaurants, supermarkets, and food processing facilities. All materials meet USDA guidelines, making the Poly-Kor™ a good choice for meat packing plants as well. Durability features built into the Poly-Kor™ door allow it to resist impact abuse by carts, pallets, hand trucks and light forklift traffic.

The Poly-Kor's™ patented rubber "honeycomb" framework and flexible urethane foam insulation allow it to absorb impacts from commercial and light industrial traffic. The V-cam hinge is constructed of corrosion-resistant high-strength meehanite and uses a sealed roller bearing that requires no lubrication.
The rugged ABS facing is available in a variety of colors and won't chip, dent, peel, pit or corrode. This proven construction withstands punishing abuse and provides years of dependable operation and attractive appearance with minimal maintenance.
Custom Made For Every Application
Poly-Kor™ doors are custom-made to suit your application to within 1/8" of opening size up to 8' wide and 10' high. Transoms or Dutch doors are suggested for opening higher than ten feet. Many impact protection options are available to provide years of smooth operation and trouble-free service.

			The Poly-Kor Delivers These Benefits.
			Rugged: Built to take heavy use from stock carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc. POLY-KOR Doors are a full 1 3/4" thick, and faced with tough, high-impact plastic that won't dent, chip, crack, peel, pit or corrode. Facings are continuously bonded to a tough, flexible frame of extruded honeycomb rubber supports. Spaces between the extrusions are filled with a shock absorbing insulating foam core. Full-length steel shafts with continuous aluminum mounts are built to stand up to constant use.
			Energy efficient: The full door body is insulated with a flexible, closed cell, polymer foam for maximum insulating effectiveness. Full jamb and header air seals keep heat out, conditioned air in. Fast, sure open/close cycle cuts conditioned air loss even in heaviest traffic situations.
			Resilient: Shock-absorbing construction absorbs the hardest impact.
			Dependable: Doors bump open easily and swing gently closed by gravity on V-cam hinges. Hardware is precisely aligned and pre- attached for ease of installation. Bearings are permanently lubricated and sealed.
			Attractive, maintenance-free: Facings are available in built-in decorator colors, surfaces are easy to clean. Available with USDA- MPI Accepted facings.
			Safe: Flexible safety-cushioned rubber nosing protects hands and fingers; gravity hardware assures safe, gentle closure.
	Options for every application: POLY-KOR Doors are custom manufactured to your specific requirements. They can be made for openings up to 8' wide and 8' high. Transoms are available for higher openings. Available optional features include double glazed windows in a variety of sizes, jamb guards and impact panels for extra protection of facing, raised lower bearings, auxiliary springs, flexible bumpers, and others.

Easy Installation
A mounting template is provided with the instructions to simplify installation. Once the hinges are fastened in place, the Poly-Kor™ door will be operational in minutes. The cam follower is factory aligned and pre-pinned to the steel shaft for a fast, trouble-free installation. To fine-tune the installation to out-of-square doorways, centering adjustments are provided.

Poly-Kor™ provides a choice of hinges featuring the V-cam hinge design - the toughest hardware on the market. 3/4" rise V-cam gravity hinges are standard. For air pressure applications, the 1-1/2" rise cam and the Deep seat cam are available. Choose one of our extended swing hinges for tight turning traffic flow.
